The Plan Commission is responsible for preparing and updating the Comprehensive Plan, the Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision Control Ordinance. Typical subjects that the Plan Commission considers Include annexations, economic revitalization, neighborhood revitalizations, public rights of way extensions or abandonments, new public facility locations, environmental protection and sustainable growth.
