- 1. What are the business hours of the Wastewater Treatment Utility Office?
- The Wastewater Treatment Utility Office is open between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- 2. Who do I call in case of an emergency regarding sewer service?
- Emergency service calls can be taken at the Wastewater Treatment Utility Office (477-4360) during regular business hours. After hours, during weekends and on holidays, emergency calls should be made to the Greenfield Police Department at 462-8500.
- 3. What do I need to do to have utility service turned on in my name?
- Renters: You will need to submit a copy of your lease agreement and a completed Utility Service Agreement Form to the Utility Billing Office to begin service.
Home Owners: You will need to submit a copy of your final closing papers and a completed Utility Service Agreement Form to the Utility Billing Office to begin service.
