The City of Greenfield is requesting bids from mowing contractors to provide mowing, trimming, bush-hogging, and trash removal services on properties in violation of local weed, trash, and zoning ordinances.

 

Bid Packets may be picked up at the office of the Greenfield Clerk-Treasurer 10 South State Street, or can be found at the links below.

 

Bids must be submitted to the office of the Greenfield Clerk-Treasurer, 10 South State Street, no later than 9:30 AM, Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

 

The Greenfield Board of Public Works and Safety shall select the pool of contractors at its meeting on Tuesday April 9, 2024.

Ice and Water Shield Requirements: Per Table R301.2(1) of the 2005 Indiana Residential Building Code, Ice and Water Shield Underlayment is not required within the City of Greenfield, Indiana. However, if Ice and Water Shield Underlayment is required by the installation instructions of the shingles or roof covering to be used, it then is required to be installed per the requirements set forth in the 2005 Indiana Residential Building Code and the installation instructions.
