The Patricia Elmore Center is home to the Greenfield Parks and Recreation administration, senior center and various programs.

 

 

The purpose of this fund is to assist and support the legacy of quality parks, recreation services and facilities as provided by the City of Greenfield and its Board of Parks and Recreation.  The priority of this fund is to help the Board in its ongoing process of developing and maintaining parklands, facilities and the recreational and leisure pursuits of the citizen, which said board serves.  Contributions may be made to this fund through the Hancock County Community Foundation, 312 East Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.  Please earmark contributions to the Greenfield Parks and Recreation Endowment.

 

 

Greenfield Parks and Recreation Programs have an easy to understand weather policy!  If Greenfield Central School Corporation is on a 2 hour delay, there will be a 1 hour delay for AM Programs.  Unless otherwise contacted, there would still be evening programs.  If Greenfield Central School Corporation cancels school for the entire day, we cancel programs for the entire day.  If there is early dismissal for Greenfield Central, please contact the Parks Office at (317) 477-4340 for potential details (many times, this does not interfere with our schedule).  When Greenfield Central School Corporation cancels all evening programs, all evening Park Department sponsored programs will be cancelled.  Utilize local radio, television, and the school website to get the latest cancellation information.  Please contact your instructor concerning possible make up days.  Please click on the logo below to get the latest weather updates!

 

*Athletic Programs might have specific weather policy information.  Please contact each sport's League Director for more specific information.  Swim Lesson Coordinators will call you if swim lessons are cancelled.  Water Aerobics Instructor(s) will call you if class is cancelled.  You may also call Riley Pool (only during the summer sessions) as close to 7 PM to see the status of the pool and the Water Aerobics class (317) 477-4348.
