Who we are.
 
The Greenfield Senior Citizens Center is dedicated to providing programs and services that promote healthy lifestyles for those 55 and older. Membership is free and provides access to multiple social, recreational, and educational programs.
Adults of all ages are invited to attend any of our programs. Our programs offer more than just a fun time with friends. Our goals are to:
* Respond to the ever-changing needs of older adults
* Assist you in maintaining your independence
* Create innovative partnerships in the community.
 
What we do.
 
We believe this can be one of the most meaningful times for living a full life. Our programs focus on providing opportunities to seniors to enhance and enrich their quality of life such as:
* Educational programs such as computer classes, health and wellness programs, guitar, quilting, wood carving, and more.
* Lifestyle opportunities such as fitness room usage, yoga, and more.
* Social and recreational offerings like billiards, euchre, bridge, BINGO, day trips, and many others!
A monthly calendar of events is available.
 
 
Other Services.
 
Meals on Wheels of Hancock County provides meals for our nutrition program. Hot lunches are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

The meal prices are $3 and reservations must be made in advance. For more information on home delivered meals, contact Meals on Wheels of Hancock County at 317-477-4345.

Transportation is provided by the Senior Center on a limited basis for those within city limits. For more information call Hancock County Senior Services at 317-462-1103.

Volunteer with us!
 
Volunteers are a necessity! Their hard work and expertise is what makes our programs possible and helps us provide an exceptional experience in our programs. There are many opportunities for people of all ages to get involved at the Senior Center, including instructing and facilitating new or existing programs, receptionist positions, and opportunities assisting in the general office administration.
