Greenfield Parks and Recreation Department’s 5 year Master Plan is designed as a broad-based strategic planning tool for the entire Department.  It seeks to assist the Park Board and Staff in establishing clear and realistic goals, objectives, and action steps for the next five (5) years.  The Master Plan will provide direction to the Department in order to meetthe current and future park and recreation needs of the Greenfield community.

In order to develop a broad based approach to our new 5 year Plan, we will take several approaches to gather information.  With the help from Greenfield Utility Department, a community survey was mailed in February and March’s utility bills.  In June, we will conduct interviews with community leaders known as “Key Stakeholder Interviews”.
