Description: Henry B. Wilson Park, is a 14 acre park nestled along the Brandywine. Whether it’s hiking, biking, or enjoying nature, this park has it all! Multi Use Trails, with mountain bike trail features, a floating bridge across the Brandywine, fishing, and picnic tables.
Parking/Directions: From I-70 and State Road 9, go south on SR 9 and turn left onto Martindale Dr. (by Whitecastle). Greenfield Parks and Recreation has permission from Kohls Department Store to park in their parking lot and walk/jog/run OR bike to the park (only 0.3 mile distance) – ONLY use the parking spots farthest away from the store entrance and DO NOT use these spots during busy holiday times – be respectful of their store Staff and Customers.
Walking directions from Kohls parking lot - Enter the Brandywine Village neighborhood and turn south on Fern St. - you can look for a Wilson Park entrance sign on Fern St. (a trail head entrance can be found in the South East Section just East of the corner of Collins and Fern).
