Automatic Sprinkler System Fees

Each user employing automatic sprinklers for fire protection shall pay an annual fee in accordance with the following schedule:

Exemption: Users that have installed their own complete fire protection systems, including water storage facilities, and do not utilize the City's fire flow capabilities are exempt from the above fire protection charges. However, such users must reimburse the City for any water provided by the City to fill the users' water storage facilities. Said water charges shall be based upon the water service rates in effect.
