Adult and Youth Program Payment and Policies

Registration Procedures

Registrations are taken first come, first served and may be done in the following ways:

1. In-Person*
In-person registrations will be accepted at the Parks & Recreation office during regular business hours, 
     Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
 
2. After Hours Drop-Off
(Check or Credit Card only)  Place completed registration form and payment in a sealed envelope and drop in the mail slot (lower left side of front door) at Patricia Elmore Center-280 North Apple Street. Registration subject to program availability.

3. Mail-In
Don't Delay...Mail Today!
Mail program fee along with completed registration form (if required) to:

4. Phone
Call (317) 477-4340.  Al phone registrations must be paid by Visa or MasterCard.
 
5. Fax
(Credit Card Only)
Send completed registration form with Visa or MasterCard payment information (Card #, Exp. Date, V-Code Security code on the back-3 digit) to (317) 477-4341.
 
6. Online
(Credit Card Only) Go to www.greenfieldin.org and register using your Visa or MasterCard.  Available on a program by program basis.


*In-person registration will be processed before mail-in if received simultaneously. 

Each program has a specified date at which registration begins. Mail-in registration received prior to that date will not be processed until that date.  If a deadline is not specified, registration will be accepted until the program is full. For this information, refer to the program information on the following pages.  Persons MUST register PRIOR to participation in ANY program.

Historic District Nomination

Indiana Landmarks won a grant from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Historic Preservation and Archeology in May 2010 to get this district listed in the National Register. Candy Hudziak , H&H Associates, was hired by Indiana Landmarks to complete the residential nomination by June 2011. The nomination was submitted and the Greenfield Residential Historic District was listed on the National Register on December 15, 2011.
