Fire Inspections and Investigations

All business loacted within the city of Greenfield and Center Township receive annual fire inspections. Inspections are performed by the Firefighters on each shift. Each shift has a Certified Inspector to oversee and coordinate the inspections.

All fires that result in the loss of property or life are investigated for cause and origin. The Fire Prevention Bureau falls under the Operations Division and is headed by Deputy Chief Jason D. Horning.
